Foxcrest II

The Cheyenne Housing Authority (CHA) has 32 units of elderly rental housing to serve households at or below 100% of the area median income. This project is the second phase of a senior housing development, serving a higher income bracket than the initial phase. The project is located on Cox Court, between Monroe Avenue and Cleveland Avenue.

8 four-plex buildings. All building are on one level with:

  • Two bedrooms in a spacious, comfortable and efficient floor plan’;

  • Front and rear entrances to the unit;
  • Washer/Dryer hook-ups;
  • Water, sewer, sanitation, lawn care and snow removal is included;

Located directly adjacent to the Foxcrest Community Building, which is a meal site for the congregate senior meals program. Your pet is welcome.

Income Eligibility

Households must have incomes below 100% of the area median income, as determined by HUD. Current maximum income limits are:

  • One-person household $51,480
  • Two-person household $58,850

Rent is $825 per month, security deposit required of $825. The rent includes water, sewer, sanitation, lawn care and snow removal.
